Dr. Richard Lowstuter is a graduate of The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He is board-certified with both The American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. Dr. Lowstuter, like his father, has been practicing podiatry in Western Hills for over 33 years. He and his wife, Mary, have three children and live on the West-side.
